FREE UK Delivery :

We are offering Free UK deliveries with Royal Mail Signed For 2nd service for most of our UK and International Tracked and Signed deliveries. For larger, heavier items we use reliable couriers. 
 
Please note that the listed International Delivery postage only applies specifically to international small parcels. For larger items such as our Wool Stool, Wall Decor & Wall Paintings, there may be additional shipping charges. To ensure an accurate and transparent shipping cost for your order, we kindly request you to contact us before placing your order. This way, we can provide you with the specific extra charges associated with shipping larger items. We believe in offering you the most precise and fair pricing for your unique selections. Cancellation Rights and Returns :

We are offering a 30 days money back guarantee, In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods. Customers must inform us by writing to us via email with image (salescorinateoh@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving your item(s), quoting your order or sales receipt number. Swap out will be deal within 2-3 working days after we have received your email.

The returned item must be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING, and all ACCESSORIES (including instruction manual) must be included. We will refund you 90% of the item price, and 10% of item price will be deducted as handling, administration, repacking & restocking charge. We cannot accept responsibility for returned item damaged or lost in the post so suggest you to obtain proof of posting. Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs.
